WARRANTY
At It’s Alive Outdoor Products, we stand behind our products 100%. If there is any type of manufacturing flaw in the decoys then we will be more than happy to exchange it with new product or fix the defect.
These decoys are to be used with special care. We recommend that each decoy be individually bagged with our heavy cloth bags whenever transporting them to minimize paint wear and/or flocking damage to the head.
All sales are final and there will be no refunds on any used decoys. If you are unsatisfied with the decoys please send them back within 10 business days via our FedEx account. We will refund your money in full minus 10% of the amount of the decoys for a restocking fee. All returns must be received back within 10 business days.
